Rectangle Ice Cream Cake (Serves 15-25)

Our ice cream cakes begin with a bottom layer of chocolate cookie crumbs, a layer of chocolate custard (or black raspberry custard), another layer of chocolate cookie crumbs, a layer of fudge, and finally a layer of vanilla custard.  We then frost each cake with a delicious vanilla whipped topping. Rectangle serves 15-25 people.  We can make them with any of our delicious custard flavors, just call to order with at least 48 hours notice.
